Sensor Error
If your controller displays --.- F for Temp (iGrow 800) or ---- for InT (iGrow 1400) and ---% for RH (iGrow800) or --- for RelHum (iGrow 1400), the controller is receiving sensor data. Under these conditions you will also notice that both RED lights for High and Low Temp Alarms will be on.
This issue can usually be resolved by verifying and updating the controller settings. Reconfiguring the iGrow 1400 only requires a few simple steps, and once the correct options are enabled, the inside temperature and humidity readings should display properly.
