iGrow 1400 - Checking the controllers Step Down Voltage

With The iGrow 1400 the controller needs 12vdc voltage to power the unit.
the Controller has a Voltage Regulator which is needed to keep voltages within the prescribed range that can be tolerated by the electrical equipment using that voltage
The Controller also needs a 3vdc Lithium Battery to sustain the Time and Date when the controller resets or is powered down momentarily.
the controller needs 3.3 Volts to power the Analog and Digital Inputs
