iDrive - Linking to 1200/1400/1600/1800 Series Enviormental Controller
Before you Link Your iDrive Motor Controller to the 1000 Series Controller You must make sure that the iDrive Manual Switch Opens and Closes your Vent/Shade Curtain/Louver without any problems, and if limits switches are involved that they are properly set.

iGrow1400 Connecting iDrive Motor Controller
1st you would open the iDrive Door and on its backside PCB you would locate the J1 Portion in the Lower Right Corner and Land your Control Wire on the 1 / 2 / 3 Terminal Points and run them to the 1000 Series Controller
1 - Close Signal | 2 - 24VAC | 3 - Open Signal
Next you would run your 3-wire control to a paired output 1&2, 3&4, 5&6, 7&8 ODD (Close) EVEN (Open)
#3 OPEN Wire to + of Odd of Pair (example +1)
#1 CLOSE Wire to + of Even of Pair (example +2)
#2 24VAC to the – of pair jumping to the – (example run wire to -1 jumping to -2)
when you installation is complete You want to put both outputs controlling the Open and Close Signal to OFF and simply 1 at a time Turn ON to confirm operation
all you do now is time the Open to Close time of your proportional device and program.
