It has been brought to our attention that some of these motors may have undergone a revision which makes the drawing for the Ridder motor that the iDrive ships with incorrect. Our drawing will allow you to connect the motor and open it with an iDrive but due to possible changes on the pins for this particular motor, a minor tweak needs to be made to allow it to close properly.

If you are experiencing this issue you may need to switch the V1 and U1 wires. Refer to the diagram that came with your iDrive and just reverse the U1 and V1 connections.
