Note: When running sensor cables be sure to keep them away from interference sources, including high voltage power lines, inverters, motor controllers, and mercury arc or sodium lamp circuits, VFDs.
Junction Box
If it becomes necessary to extend the sensor wire, be sure to use a Link4 junction box, or an equivalent NEMA 4 sealed box. Water or fertilizer infiltration could cause unstable sensor readings. Please make sure to connect the shielded wire to the ground as shown in the diagram above to avoid interferences.
Once you have Installed your Sensor, next you will need to get the sensor to read on the Pearl Controller.
you would need to Scan and detect your Sensor
After you have scanned your Sensor Module Board and have confirmed its Status is OK and is GOOD in Expansion settings
go to Setup Inputs and Map your InT (Inside Temperature) In Hum (Inside Humidity) and C02 to Sns Module (Sensor Module)
Once you have wired Weather Station you would have to map sensor to the Module Board its wired to
(for example let say the Weather Station Module is Modbus Address 4 )
you would map it in sensor mapping:
hit Enter button, go into System Setup, then Setup Inputs, and you would hit enter to highlight the editing field and scroll down to change:
