Registering Component; you would need a key.

• 1000 series – key for all
• 100 series – key per unit

1000 Series Process (pre existing software)

• On the iGrow, reset the device (pressing reset), then hold prev & next button at the same time and this will produce the “iGrow Diagnostic Mode page” at the bottom of screen;the 6 character string is needed to generate a key using the key generator.

1000 Series (New version Installation prerequisites)

• Need 3.5 Net Framework pre installed for it to work
• Win 7 – has 3.5
• XP version or older – need to download

100 Series Process  (pre existing software)

• Need the (12 digit) serial number to generate the character string so key can be generated.
• The serial number is on the back of the circuit board and it is also on the welcome screen.
• Enter>3. SystemSetup>9. Advance>Unit Info (#4 top right)

New Version Installation Prerequisites

• Need 4.0 Net Framework pre installed for it to work

• All operating system versions need 4.0
