iPonic Power Issues
if your iPonic controller has no power at all, make sure the 15 Amp Circuit Breaker is not popped out.
If the 15 Amp Breaker is not popped out, use a Voltage Meter and meter The AC voltage at the Receptacle and the DC voltage at the PCB Power Terminal Block.
If both the AC voltage at the Receptacle and the DC voltage at the PCB Power Terminal Block are reading correctly, there could be a deeper issue, in which we recommend you call support as soon as possible.
