iPonic - Comm Module Troubleshooting
iPonic COMM MODULE Issues
COMM Module – When I plug it in, the controller powers on ok. However, when I plug in the ethernet cable, it turns off and resets continuously.
- BAD COM MODULE, contact your Support Representative.
The light is not turning on.

NO LIGHT – BAD COM MODULE; contact your Support Representative.
Blinking Cursor ( NO KEY )
- Check to see if the COMM Module light is on.
- RESET ROUTER
- Check to see if the PC can connect to the internet from the same router.
- Check for a valid IP Address.
- If there is a valid IP address, it’s possible that the IP is blacklisted (prohibiting COMM w/Link4 Server)

CHECK by using a different computer on the same internet connection to log onto the www.iponic.link4cloud.com website. If you can get on the website from the other PC, then the IP is not banned.
If the address has populated and no key, try to ping the IP assigned to iPonic in CMD line.
