iPonic CO2 Issues

 

Co2 Sensor Failure and Freezing

  • Check Firmware Version is up to date

CO2 Sensor Failing to Meet PPM Setpoint (EXAMPLE: CO2 Setpoint 1400 / Reading 1200 CO2 not ON!)

  • What channel is the light connected to?  Does that channel turn on? 
  • The CO2 may not turn on when the light is off.
  • Need Configuration File

Forced On?|Deadband?|Cycle?|Calibration(raw/cal/adj)|Map|firmware|format system| Restore Fact Defaults

  • Has calibration been altered from the default settings?
  • Has the sensor ever been replaced?
  • Are there variations in TEMP & HUM readings?
  • Is the clock set correctly?
  • The light settings should be set to turn on with the day setpoint period.
  • Check the Day and Night setpoint start times from the setpoint screen in the menus.
  • Make sure that the Firmware is 1.8.1.0.

Note:  Original device must be returned in order for the RMA ticket to be processed successfully.

Map Individual Sensors (iPonic)

  • Menu->SystemSetup->SensorSetup->Button 2 for Advanced->Button 1 to choose sensor to map

Calibrate Individual Sensors (iPonic)

Menu->SystemSetup->SensorSetup->Button 2 for Advanced->Button 2 to calibrate by entering adjustment value
