Try unplugging and plugging back in sensor cord, and try swapping from room to room, if you have other controllers try plug and play
Try Doing Soft Reset
Check Sensor Mapping and make sure there mapped correctly
Check sensor wiring and make sure wires are snug and tight and make sure blue relays securing the wiring is snug against the Main PCB
Make sure there is NO Excessive Heat in or around controller. If There is, try opening panel door and allow controllers PCB on back of door to have a little distance from High Voltage Wiring in panel.
Make sure the Sensor Wiring Path is away from High Voltage Lines or Equipment that may cause interference.
If Sensor wiring is going thru walls, make sure there not going thru with cords or power lines that may cause interference.
Do Not cut Sensor Wire - and Try to Extend - Use Link4 approved Extension Cables.
Make sure your ballasts have RFI reducing Chokes on them?
Meter power supply and make sure its 12+ vdc, you can also try a different circuit, and see if this resolves problem.
Try switching on and off outputs and see if this changes the state of the sensor issue
