In order for us to get your CO2 working Correctly, Please view the following Video for CO2 programming and troubleshooting, and after that follow the steps provided to get your CO2 working.
IPONIC CO2 PROGRAMMING AND TROUBLESHOOTING VIDEO
Make sure 1 Channel is a LIGHT channel for effective CO2 Operation (preferably #1 default)
Does CO2 display AUTO “ACTIVE” (active lets you know its doing it job.)
What channel is his light connected to? Can you Force on the Channel, or manualy toggle it on?
What channel is the CO2 on? Can you Force on the Channel, or Manually Toggle it on?
Make sure the Light and C02 Channel Dip Switches on back of PCB are on AUTO.
Make sure the Clock on the controller is set correctly?
Make sure the Light Settings are set to turn on with the day Set point
Make sure your firmware version on controller is up to date.
to check the Firmware Version of your iPonic, you would do the following on the controller. if its not up to date please update it. please check with support with the most current version.

You can also send us your configuration file so we can check it on our end.
To Save Configuration or Restore Configuration
Save your configuration to a USB and then email us that file to support@link4corp.com
As a last resort you can always restore your controller to factory defaults to see if this resolves your issue
