iGrow800 - Saving History and USB Logging

With the iGrow 800 Controller, you can save Log Files, and setup USB Logging

Currently supported Save Log File options include:

  • Save History Log File
  • Save Event Log Files
  • USB Logging Setup

Buttons #1, #2 or #3 are used to go to the corresponding options.

On selecting the Save History or Event Log Files a popup indicating the file formats pop-ups. Log files can be saved in either .xml or .csv file formats.

Select a given format using Wheel and pressing OK

After selecting the required format the user is promoted to choose the drive to store the file in.

User can select an option by scrolling and pressing OK

The system prompts the user to enter a file name.

Note: The process of writing from system memory to USB can be time consuming.

This screen is similar to the mobile phone SMS screen. To select a given alphabet press the required button the number of times = the position of the alphabet in the button. E.g. to

type C press Button #1 three times.  To enter numbers use the Wheel.

Note: If a file with the same name already exists it will be overwritten

If you are to setup Data Logging press button:

Buttons #3 from the save Log File Screen "USB Logging Setup" brings you to this screen

Button #1 you have to enable Logging

Button #2 you choose format

Button #3 you set the Period intervals you want your logging to occur.
