iGrow 800 VCS Network Connnectivity Troubleshooting

*****WITH THE iGrow 800 CONTROLLER’S POWER UNPLUGGED******
a.        Please check and see if the Communications Module is properly seated on the circuit board

*****WITH THE IGROW 800 CONTROLLER’S POWER ON*****
b.      Check and see if the Communications Module light is ON when you plug in the Ethernet cable into the Port
c.       Check if the Ethernet cable is properly connected to the Router
d.      Reset The Router (unplug for a few minutes)
e.      Reset The Controller

Please check your Nework and make sure that there is internet connectivity between the PC – Net Devices – iGrow 800 Controller.
Check.
·         Ethernet Cable.
·         Router Connection
·         Switch Connection
 
NOTE:  Are all NETWORK Peripherals compatible with each other and currently work with other devices.
 
You can also plug in a pc between network devices to check if there is internet available. 
 
An Illuminating light on COMM Module signifies Network connectivity.
