Check the TOGGLE SWITH ON THE BACK OF THE PC AND MAKE SURE IT IS ON AUTO.

IF CONTROLER IS CONNECTED TO A RELAY OR AN INTEGRATED PANEL YOU MAY ALSO WANT TO CHECK THE CONTINUITY OF THE OUTPUT.

In regard to your Vent Question, your Vent Equipment Type is set up with a bump Feature
This Feature only Works if your Proportional programming has 0% to 100% in your programming (to deactivate 1% to 99%)
What this feature does is that it bumps the Vents in the Direction that there programming currently states there supposed to be in. to ensure that its in there Programmed Position.
Example, let’s say the vents are supposed to be CLOSE  and someone manually opens them and then drives away leaving them open, the bump feature will bump the vents back to their programming positon CLOSE in accordance with the Bump Programming Parameters
