Please follow the below instructions to resolve the  Frozen iPonic State that you are experiencing
 
CREATE A FOLDER ON YOUR DESKTOP AND NAME IT  PRG
 
INSERT THE 2 ATTACHED FILES zz
 
INTO THE NEWLY CREATED FOLDER  PRG
 
ON A BLANK USB INSERT THE  PRG  FOLDER
 
PRESS – AND HOLD THE RED RESET BUTTON – INSERT THE USB – THEN LET GO OF THE RESET BUTTON
 
ONCE YOU SEE THE IPONIC BEGIN BOOTLOAD – REMOVE THE USB ….
