What's real important on your Curtain programming are the times you input into the programming
Make sure the open to close time is correct and imputed in the programming
The Controller current time, and since you are using Sunrise and Sunset times that the location is correct.
 
You also want to make sure that the day mode and night mode times do not overlap
For Example:
 
7:00am to 7:00pm - DAY MODE START END TIME
6:55am to 7:05pm - NIGHT MODE START END TIME
