iGrow 800 Alarm & Face Separation Issues

Please take the following steps to format file system

1st SAVE EXISTING CONFIGURATION SETTINGS (set points/equipment settings/stages).
To save your configuration you would do the following:
Insert USB stick into controller
Press OK-> SystemSetup->SaveRestore->SaveRestoreConfig->SaveConfig (button 1)
A window will pop up with options - you want to save to USB-> then enter file name and press OK
NOTE: follow same steps when restoring configuration, but instead of saving you would be restoring (button 2)

2nd FORMAT FILE SYSTEM/CLEAR HISTORY
OK-> System Setup-> Advance-> clear all data (button 3) -> 1st Clear History (button 1) 2nd format file system (button 2) then a window will pop up saying "this will remove all web server files" choose - YES
3rd before re-installing configuration program a High Alarm Output
Map your InTemp Sensor so that is is viewable and is displaying a value
Then do the same process as before, manipulating the alarm to see if the output engages.
If it works, load your configuration, if it does not, call support.
