BEFORE YOU PROGRAM

  • Is the equipment the same per shop drawings?
  • Make sure that the Manual Toggles Operate the Equipment (On/Off)
  • Make sure you have Timed Your Motors (Vent/Curtain Shutter)
  • Make sure Hardware Interlock and WET/DRY Jumpers are installed/removed correctly

(Reference page 20-25 in Manual)

  • (Paired / reversible/2speed applications)
  • Make sure Sensors Have Been Wired Correctly.
  • Additional
    • Weatherstation ? – have you installed and mapped sensors
    • More than one controller?  - Have you set comm between controllers

SYS SETUP

  • Stages:  Setup amount of COOL & HEAT stages you want and set stage width (2)
  • DeadBand:  (1) 
  • Setup Inputs: InT – SerialSns1 | OutT – SerialSns2  | RelHum – SerialSns1|
  • Date/Time:

SETPOINTS (up to 4)

  • Day  “ 1 “  START TIME 8:00am | RAMP 30min | Temp 68-72 | RH 40-75
  • Night “2”    START TIME 5:00pm | RAMP 30min | Temp 60-70 | RH 40-60
    • Note: if you only have 1 Setpoint all settings will remain constant in a 24hour period.

 ON/OFF & VENT Type Devices programming Examples for Temp Staging

Curtain shade is day 7am – 7pm | Curtain Engery is night 705pm 655am

Curtain Advance Settings set Fully Open for 1 Minute

  • Shade Mode Temp outside 90 degrees
  • Energy Mode Temp Outside leave it alone

 

Pre Programming IGrow1000 series with LinkConn

Alarms disable InT from SerialSns2 – to – NONE

Stage width – change to 2 degrees

NON Proportional    is open/close  -- ON/OFF

PP or Cool Cell is an ON/OFF device: Want the additional equipment to come on.
