If your Analog Probe is displaying wrong readings, spiking up and down or not reading at all its time to take steps in determining why the sensor is not working normally.

Check sensor connection wires on the controller make sure there snug & tight.
As well as check Sensor Mapping to make sure its mapped correctly.

Check connection’s inside junction box (if one exists) for moisture or corrosion

Check the line that leads to that box for cuts or any damage which will affect the sensors readings.

Check for wire any interference sources (High voltage, motors, inverters, VFD's etc….)

Check - Meter the Power Supply or even try a different 12VDC power cube, at 500mA or more, and see if dropdown voltage AC to DC is accurate, Since incorrect voltage can discourage the logic within the device.

You Also want to meter the V+ and the VOut.  Removing the wires from these locations and the Ground and simply meter the locations.

The Voltage should be between 3 & 3.5 Volts

Try toggling off switches to equip, one at a time and see if sensors stabilize.

Try detaching sensor from its current location and put it right next to controller, see if the readings recover.

Try powering iGrow from a different circuit entirely (extension cord across the way or an inverter) and see if the sensor stabilizes

How longs, is the actual sensor wire from the location it is positioned at, (150ft is recommended for maximum sensor signal Quality)

Was the Wire spliced, and who spliced the wire?

Try grounding the shield with the black wire

IF ALL ELSE FAILS THERE ARE 3 OPTIONS AVAILABLE

-          Use a shielded cable

-          Install a filter PCB at the iGrow

-          Use a digital temp/hum sensor
