WEB Browser Issue:

Web interface was not working; the welcome screen says "Web server requested cannot be found."?

(in plain white text with light blue page | it does not display the controller)

  • Need to reinstall your web browser zip file - Insert the USB and wait approximately 1 minute.

Fan high speed does not work, it shutters and pulses on & off.

  • Attempt to turn the fan from low to high when low is running.
  • The problem is most likely the interlocking contactors.

Humidity too High (fans are not staying on long enough to reach the night Max Hum Level.

  • Check Humidity override time.
  • Advance>HumSet(1)>check override on & off durations

MISTING?

  • Only for a HUM override, (Dur ON/Dur OFF), nothing else

VENT NOT RESPONDING TO AUTO PROGRAMMING

Can you Open/Close Manually?

  • NO – Check device between vent & controller (to include panel)
  • YES – Check to see if “0”or”99 is in all temp stages & check Open & Close Duration
    • Set open to close duration must be set (time the vent opening and input that time in this field)

I changed my channel that were vents to Lights why are my lights coming on or off.

  • Check & see that the bump feature is is disabled.

Power Requirements

  • The controller can handle 220VAC/50Hz as well as 110/60 because it is steps down the power to 12V DC at one end.

What's the battery for?

  • Battery is for system time and date only.  3yr life.

ALARM how can I receive an alarm alert on my phone?

  • Program a channel output to alarm and attach the + & - channel output on the circuit board to a sensaphone.

In regards to your email notifications

  • If you have an IT Department for your location, use their Email Server settings or your internet provider email Server Settings, to receive your text messages for low temp alarm  
  • Or you can use your internet provider’s mail server settings for your text messages for low temp alarm as well.

What is DIF?

DIF is short for Difference. A technique that some growers use to control the growth characteristics of certain plant types. It involves dropping the greenhouse temperature significantly an hour or two before sunrise.

After sunrise, the temperature is raised gradually for an hour or so until the normal day time temperature target is achieved.
