100 Series NETWORK CONNECTIVITY

 

S Com Module (Methods of remote access)

            RS485 – uses LinkConn Software | need license | firmware

            RG45 – uses webserver (network capabilities) | firmware

 

iGrow100 Comm Module (Rabbit)

  • Need to power off when installing

 

No Internet Connection- does the USB Light come on? 

  • No light – Communication Module is defected; contact your Support Representative

 

Booting every 10 min

  • Might be pulling too much VA’s when equipment is on, which may be causing the reset.
  • Reset the power from a different panel and see if the issue persists.

 

My screen is freezing, jumping to different screens

Red Reset Button

  • Check power supply (is it rigid), it could be marginal and could be pushed to the edge

It could be messing with the 3v that control the logic (like the screen logic).

  • Check AC outlet (Make sure its 110)
  • Check DC from power supply (12V)

There could be interference within the DC.
