How to obtain a new authorization key for the iControl 1000 Software

In order to obtain a new authorization key to use your iControl 1000 software with the iGrow 1000 series controller do the following:

1.) Have a paperclip handy and be in front of the iGrow unit(s) you need an auth key for.

2.) Beneath the toggle switches on the right hand side of the iGrow is a small hole with the word "reset" beneath it.

3.) Put the paper clip in the hole to press the reset button and then quickly press and hold the "prev" and "next" keys when the screen goes blank.

4.) You will now be presented with a diagnostic screen with a 6 digit code.

5.) Make note of this code and then go ahead and reset the iGrow with the paper clip to get out of diagnostic mode.

6.) Send an e-mail to support@link4corp.com requesting a new key for your iControl 1000 software and include the 6 digit code from the diagnostic screen. Alternatively you can call +1 (714) 975-9474 and give the customer service representative the 6 digit code and he/she can give you the key verbally.
