To assist our support department in troubleshooting your iPonic related issues, please be sure to have the necessary information ready when calling or starting a ticket.
Is your iPonic controller connected to the Cloud?
- Yes: Have your username and password ready.
- No: Have the serial # of the controller on hand.
Be sure to save log files and have ready for your troubleshooting call.
- Ok>SystemSetup>Save/Restore>SaveLogFiles>
- Save History as .csv file
- Save Event log as .csv file
