Creating your account and add your Pearl Controller to it
In most cases, your Link4 system shipped from the factory preprogrammed. We created an account for you and connected the system to it already. There should be attached instructions to your system with a temporary login credentials and a 30-day trial activated already. Most systems come with an quick factory acceptance video showing your system in operation, and, if appropriate a PDF of your drawing attached to your cloud. However, should you need to create a new account and attach a new Pearl to it, please follow the instructions below.
Note: For security reasons, once a controller has been associated with an account, it cannot be associated with another
account. Please contact Link4 if this has to be changed for some reasons. Your identity will need to be verified.
The new account and controller association is a 3 step process:
Connect your controller to the cloud and locate the Cloud ID on the controller.
For detailed instructions and important information on the Pearl Control System, please refer to the attached manual. It contains everything you'll need to get started and use the control system effectively. Edit: Version 1.18.2 Manual Attached.
