1000 Series Port Issues

Greyed Out – In LinkConn, the iGrow is completely greyed out.

  • Check the Com Port for any changes.

 

USB to Serial Converter  -  Will omit problems with on board serial ports & Windows com port drivers.

When you plug the USB to Serial cable in;

  • Go to the device manager (search programs and files screen input device manager).
  • A new com port will pop up |  And that will signify the port which the iGrow is on.

 

USB to Serial Converter

  • Comes with a installation disk and drivers as well.

 

Serial to Serial

  • You have do deal with port drivers.
