If the SM can’t see Zone Master, it could be a:
· Wiring
· Programming
· Chip Issue
On the Comm Diag Screen on the Site Master, are Zone 2 & 3 Displaying 3’s on the 1st column, 3 represents successful communication within the network.
Please get the firmware versions of the:
Site Master
Zone 1
Zone 2
If there are more, we would need them as well. To get the firmware version, simply hit the help button twice on the front panel which will display the welcome screen and Firmware version Vx.xx.xx.
We would also like to get the Version of iControl Software you are using. To obtain the version, simply open iControl, hit Help Tab and select About iControl
